Education and Membership Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to education purchases and The Beauty Academy Community membership through Beauty Expressed Education.
Membership pricing and commitment
Membership costs AUD $57 per week, with an initial minimum commitment of 12 weeks. The total minimum membership cost is AUD $684.
The first payment is taken when you join, followed by weekly payments. After the initial 12 weeks, membership continues with automatic weekly payments until cancelled.
Any optional additional charges will be disclosed before you agree to them.
Membership access
Membership provides access to the courses and benefits advertised in your membership offer while your membership is active and payments are up to date.
Membership access does not automatically include certification, physical kits or individually advertised extras. Any available certification pathway, assessment requirements and additional fees will be explained separately.
Your account is for your personal use and must not be shared.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time by emailing info@beautyexpressed.com.au. Include your full name and the email address used for your membership.
For a change-of-mind cancellation during the initial 12-week commitment, cancellation takes effect at the end of that commitment. Scheduled weekly payments continue until then, and your membership access remains available for the paid period.
After the initial commitment, request cancellation before your next weekly payment is due to avoid that renewal. We will confirm your cancellation and access end date by email. An administrative delay in processing your request will not extend your payment obligation.
These conditions do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Individual course purchases
Courses may also be purchased separately without a membership.
The price, access period, included materials, certification conditions and any other requirements are those shown in the course offer when you purchase. Purchasing one course does not automatically grant access to other courses or membership benefits.
Payments and assistance
Payments are processed through our payment provider. Please keep your billing details current.
If a payment fails, we will contact you to resolve it. Access may be paused while payment remains outstanding.
Contact us promptly if you experience a billing error, difficulty accessing your purchase or a problem with the service.
Refunds and consumer rights
Our services come with rights and guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Nothing in these terms removes any entitlement to a refund, cancellation or other remedy available under that law. Refund and service concerns can be submitted to info@beautyexpressed.com.au.
Learning materials
Course videos, resources and training materials are provided for your own learning. You must not copy, distribute, resell or share them without written permission.
