3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Beauty Expressed is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has left our warehouse.

4. Returns and Refunds

a. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, we will gladly refund or exchange it once the incorrect product has been returned to us.
To initiate the return:

  • Provide photo evidence that the item has been lodged for return at a post office — this can be a picture of your lodgement receipt or tracking number.

  • Once verified, we will:

    • Reimburse you for the return postage cost, and

    • Send the correct item out to you promptly, or issue a full refund if preferred.

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

b. Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing a clear photo of the fault or damage.
We will assess your claim and provide instructions for return or replacement.

c. Change of Mind

As a wholesale supplier to professionals, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Please check all details carefully before finalising your order.

5. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to verified beauty professionals and salon owners. We reserve the right to request proof of qualifications or business registration before approving a wholesale account.

By purchasing wholesale products, you agree that these items are for professional use only and not for resale without prior written permission from Beauty Expressed.
