Finding The Right Lash Course

Often we get calls with so many questions about our courses and comparison to other training schools in the industry. We understand how confusing it all is! So how can you narrow this down?

Firstly it is nice to have the options of an Advanced certificate which will go into depth on topics much more then a Tafe or Government course will do. Please bear in mind if you do a Tafe course you will need to then do another course to become a Master of lash artistry. Why is this? Well the Government only cover the basics to get you into lashing and really just brush the surface!

The problem with this is many students go out into the big lash world not knowing about styling, layering, customer handling, adhesive science, understanding eye shapes, curls, lash products… the list goes on!

Lets face it… who wants to be in a class of 10-15 students anyway. You wait to get help… and you are left to figure things out alone after the course is done. Boo to that!

So you need a trainer that is dedicated to help you ongoing. They will be the one you will call on times you need help on anything… basically your lash mum! Thats me!

You also want the latest products in your kit. Enough to get your assessments done and clients after class to get you started.

Small class size 1-2! Best learning environment.

Price….. well this one is tricky. I know of people charging more then us for less knowledge or expertise and little to no experience in the industry! It is really hard to watch this!

We have done our very best for you and know the value in what we offer! It is worth every penny to build a new business in lashing let me tell you! Plus interest free payment plans are so good these days!

But why is one course $499 and one $2000 out there?

We believe you get what you pay for! And most do not understand the business costs of being a trainer. We need to invest in training every year, and those of us with TAE or Government training will need to renew those as well as updating manuals and insurances. Also the experience a trainer has can determine this but saying that I have seen people really charge more then us as I mentioned and not have any experience! 🙁  Don’t worry we are here for you!

Why is one course 1-2 days and another less or more?

Most say they are a course” but really they are a workshop. A workshop you do the practical day with no tests or assessments and get a certificate on completion.

A training course program like ours is a real course with knowledge tests and practical exams to help you finish with the highest level of quality service. 

We also believe that just online courses can leave some feeling lost or not motivated. We offer video call and live classes all included.
